Your warranty begins automatically from the recorded date of delivery, with no paperwork required—everything is registered electronically.

If you experience an issue, simply contact our team and we will work quickly to diagnose and resolve the problem. We hold a full range of spare parts at our Kimberley distribution and repair centre, allowing us to resolve most issues within just a few days.

In some cases, we may be required to collect your product and repair it back at our workshop. Under warranty, there will be no additional cost for this and we will endeavour to return the item to you as quickly as possible.

Where required, we may ask for photos or videos to help diagnose more complex faults.

If a replacement part is needed, we will:

• Dispatch the replacement promptly

• Arrange collection of the faulty component
